Laser hair removal is a costly procedure in which a laser beam is used to disable hair follicles. Cold Wax

Cold wax, in either paste or gel form, is applied to the skin without heating. However, most cold waxes are messy to apply (delivery from container to skin is difficult) and thickness of application cannot be controlled. The colder the room temperature, the more difficult the application and removal; what’s more, the product is not in contact with the skin long enough to be warmed to maximum effectiveness.

Wax Strips

The wax strip system–or instant waxing–offers a convenient, quick, “no mess, no fuss” method of hair removal that requires no preparation. There are several different types of instant wax strips. Genuine wax strips grip the hair; when you pull them off, the area can remain hair-free for up to eight weeks. Genuine wax strips grip the hair. The wax encases and grips each hair so it is not broken off or cut, as with shaving, rather it is pulled out at the roots leaving the area hair free for 6 to 8 weeks.
